VP of Human Resources

• Serves as a champion for company culture, core values, and trust across the organization. Helps to drive clarity and ensures our culture thrives during periods of aggressive growth & challenging times • Builds and manages the HR Performance Management Process that drives results in areas including: recruiting, onboarding, training (functional, leadership and communication), goal setting, change management, career development, conflict resolution, performance enhancement/incentives, quarterly/annual assessments and succession planning/exit process • Serves as a member of the executive leadership team, advising and participating in the development of strategic plans, with particular focus on there impact on our people. Serve as an advocate for our co workers within executive team meetings • Leads, manages and continues to build the HR recruiting function to support current business goals/needs as well as to anticipate and prepare for future needs • Makes a significant impact by coaching and training other HR team members, managers and leaders in a variety of HR, business, communication and behavioral approaches to help create an exceptional place to work where honesty, ethics, professionalism and respect are paramount • Provides ongoing and consistent data, metrics and tracking that identifies root cause and provides solutions in the areas of staffing, recruiting and organizational needs • Continues to build exceptional HR business partnering that ensures a culture that promotes a values-driven, performance-based mindset and establishes Rembrandt as a best-in-class employer • Ensures that the total compensation program is competitive, balanced, achieves desired behaviors and obtains results that are aligned with Rembrandt’s business growth strategies • Ensures a strong overall HR program including proper management of: benefits, labor laws, ethics, organizational development, diversity management, safety, coworker relations, policies/handbooks and job descriptions • Establishes and leads co-worker performance and developmental goals, assigns accountabilities, sets objectives, establishes priorities, conducts annual performance appraisals, and administers salary adjustments as required
The Vice President of Human Resources is the chief steward of a positive organizational culture. This person ensures that the organization is living up to it’s purpose and values by doing the right things at the right time and for the right reason. The HRVP drives clarity and alignment toward a shared vision. This person builds and establishes trusted partnerships throughout the entire organization. In addition, the HRVP oversees all HR initiatives, programs, and functions to include recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, benefits, compensation, and compliance.
