Requirements include Iowa licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Masters’ Level Social Worker with experience treating adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Dually licensed in mental health and substance use disorder treatment preferred, but not required. Frequent travel and participation in an on-call rotation are a requirement of this position. Seasons Center for Behavioral Health is looking for a full time qualified Mental Health Services Provider as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team serving the Northwest Iowa region. ACT is an innovative, evidence-based outpatient treatment for adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). The ACT Mental Health Services Provider will have the clinical skills and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program participants. This position works under the clinical supervision of the ACT Team Leader & ACT Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and functions as a member of a community-based, multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals. This individual could be based out of multiple of our Northwest Iowa region, including Spencer, Sheldon, Spirit Lake, or Storm Lake.
