Eligible applicants will have a one or more of the following: a bachelor’s degree in a human services field a law enforcement officer with 2+ years’ experience an EMT with 2+ years’ experience a peer support specialist with 1+ year experience an RN with 1+ year experience a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field with 5 years’ experience and/or a Master’s Degree is preferred Other requirements include a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This position involves frequent travel and mileage is reimbursed accordingly.
Seasons Center for Behavioral Health is now hiring for part-time or full-time home-based, on-call Crisis Staff. These individuals will be able to work from their homes as part of a team to cover our 24/7 crisis phone line. They will also respond to mobile crisis calls within our 6 county service area. Crisis Staff are compassionate, energetic individuals that provide short-term crisis intervention to youth, families, and adults experiencing an emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric crisis. They will assess, prioritize, and triage the urgency of a crisis intervention needed, and work closely with law enforcement, schools, and other medical providers to stabilize acute or crisis situations, as well as connect the individual with continuing services based on their needs, strengths, and preferences. Our crisis services are provided both over the phone and face-to-face in the community. Positions are available in Spencer and Sheldon.
