Seasons Center for Behavioral Health is currently seeking two high energy, passionate individuals to be our full-time Family Case Managers in our Sheldon, IA and Sioux City, IA locations. A highly qualified individual: • must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field • will have experience with administering assessments and testing, at least one year of experience is preferred
The Family Case Manager is responsible for: • providing intensive family case management services in their designated service area • facilitating strategies and activities to recruit, engage, and retain clients and families in services • creating a safe and welcoming environment for current and potential clients • administering and scoring enrollment screenings and assessments under the supervision of a licensed Psychologist • providing services in client’s homes, community locations, or in one of Seasons’ multiple locations • building positive relationships and community partnerships to promote program services to ensure enrollment goals are met and/or exceeded • providing resource navigation and skill building services, such as CARE or Seeking Safety, to families enrolled in RPG services
