ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include, but are not limited to: 1) Implement and monitor the vendor management program. 2) Establish security codes for staff members. 3) Conduct annual security review of all locations including physical and information security. 4) Manage and oversee the Security Manual. 5) Assist with annual review and walk through of the Disaster Recovery Plan/Business Continuity Plan. 6) Assist with the IS risk assessment, development and oversight of policies, standards and procedures, testing, training and security reporting processes. 7) Assist with the oversight and enforcement of the Information Security Program Procedures, material risk issues, information security risk assessment, risk management and control decisions, service provider oversight, results of testing, security breaches and management’s response and recommendations for program changes. 8) Serves as a backup for other position(s) and performs other duties as assigned. * 9) Enhances career by maintaining certification(s) through work experience and/or attending continuing education programs. * 10) Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. * 11) Establishes a good image for the Bank by being active and visible in the community as time and value dictate. * 12) Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as assigned. * 13) Develops a working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services through usage and webex attendance to build relationships and exceed expectations. * SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel Driver’s license required for potential travel to Bank offices, as requested. Required Education and Experience 1) Associate’s degree. 2) 3-7 year’s experience in a related field. 3) Certification in related field of specialty. 4) Job knowledge in multiple areas of expertise.
