• Minimum of 2 year college degree recommended but not necessarily required based upon other qualifications and experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills required • Strong organizational skills required • Must have strong proficiency in technology and be forward thinking about uses of technology in marketing beyond social media, adwords, retargeting • Proficient in Word, Excel& Publisher • Educated or experienced in the use of SEO, content creation, copyright, and online advertising • Excellent phone and office presence, etiquette and customer service skills • Positive outlook and attitude and ability to relate to others • Willingness to learn new skills and apply them • CRM experience is a plus, but not required • Graphic Design experience is a plus, but not required • Web Design is a plus, but not required • Additional tasks and responsibilities may be requested based on company or other departmental needs.
Work with Broker to create marketing plan/initiatives Learn and utilize internal systems for marketing, client, transaction management. Manage the social media presence through many forms of content creation. Assist Office/Closing Manager and review closing files. Perform receptionist duties such as answering calls and welcoming guests Assist the broker/owner with mailings, advertising and marketing. Provide office support for agents.
