Part time night shift positions available working 7P-7A with our Medical Surgical Department. Two shifts per week and will include every third weekend and every other holiday rotation. CONSERVATION AIDE
DESCRIPTION: This position will assist with all aspects of development of county wildlife areas, parks, and trails; including routine area & facility maintenance, management of upland habitat, tree and shrub removal along with minor construction. This is a seasonal position under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor. This term of employment will be from May 2012 through September 2012 with some flexibility. Monday thru Friday with some weekend and holiday work rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age and posses a valid driver’s license. Ability to operate tractors, mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, power tools, and hand tools. Must be able to handle strenuous physical activities and ability to work in all weather conditions. Ability to work without direct supervision.
WAGE: $10.05/hr, 40 hrs per week
