The Iowa Lakes Corridor region is home to 24 financial institutions with 55 offices and total deposits inside the Iowa Lakes region of $1.56 billion. These same institutions have a total of $696.6 billion in deposits outside the region. Financial institutions have been and will continue to be key partners in fueling economic growth of the Iowa Lakes Corridor. They actively seek commercial and industrial customers and support new business start-ups through Small Business Administration programs, including loan guarantees and the SBA 504 program. The region works in partnership with the Siouxland Economic Development Corporation to package SBA 504 loans. Local and regional revolving loan funds are also available as is a community seed capital fund, Iowa Lakes Capital LLC.
