These homes are then sold to communities across Iowa to address workforce housing shortages while also providing valuable job training and skills to incarcerated individuals.Nick Sorensen\, Iowa Economic Development Authority\, providing an overview of Workforce Housing Tax Credits. This state incentive program offers tax credits to developers to support the construction or rehabilitation of housing in communities facing workforce shortages.
