High school graduate or ability to obtain GED/HSED (High School Equivalency Diploma) preferred, however required for RBSCL services; BA degree in Human Services field preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills, and have basic computer skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions. Ability to complete/pass required medication administration course. Ability to complete orientation training and all other agency requirements. Valid Class C driver’s license required, unless driving a vehicle with a capacity of 8 or more, then a Class “D” license will be required and be an insurable driver with our insurance company. Must pass a health assessment at time of hire and ability to maintain up to date health assessment as requested per regulations. Clearance from a criminal background check and abuse reporting check at time of hire. RBSCL services also require clearance on fingerprints. Reliable transportation. Provide proof of state minimum liability insurance coverage. Negative drug screening. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to complete the full MANDT/SCM training as determined by the supervisor.
