Iowa Lakes Corridor to host Quarterly Investor Meeting The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation (Corridor) will host its first 2022 Quarterly Investor Meeting on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. at the Spencer Golf & Country Club. The event will feature speaker Aaron Brossoit, CEO of Golden Shovel Agency. Brossoit is a founding member of Golden Shovel Agency (GSA). He began as the Vice President of Business Development and filled the COO position prior to becoming the CEO. Capital Campaign Update: Partnership, Progress, Prosperity The Corridor’s goal for the current FY2021-FY2025 capital campaign was $3.5 million over five years, giving the organization an operating budget of $700,000 per year. There’s a new pooch at the Miller pad. He’s a mini-sheepadoodle—an English Sheepdog and poodle cross. We call him El Mago (the Magician) after Cubs shortstop Javier Baez and, curiously enough, a sickly magnolia tree that grew in front of our family’s first home.
