To help all businesses in the Iowa Lakes Corridor region find success, the Iowa Lakes CDC has partnered with Iowa’s New Job Training Program (INJTP). The INJTP specializes in helping companies train new employees. In conjunction with local colleges, this program certifies new workers for a variety of professions without pulling resources away from the employer.
