Employment Equilibrium

Across the United States, there are around 11 million unemployed citizens. On the opposing side of this, there are nearly 4 million jobs that are vacant, simply waiting for the right employee to take up the mantle. Why the discrepancy? Finding the appropriate employee, or employer, isn’t always easy.

The problem is a lack of equilibrium between companies and their candidates; this isn’t the case with Iowa Lakes CDC. They bring companies and communities together, creating opportunities and communication.
