Having an idea is only a small portion of a plan. For someone who has never started a new business venture before, the process of planning and executing an idea might seem daunting.

The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation has a program designed for entrepreneurs intended to foster business ideas, plan for the future, and find partners to help execute entrepreneur’s plans. Offered every spring, the Prepare to Launch program is a 10-week, 30 hour training curriculum intended to help entrepreneurs get a firm footing within the region.
