There are multiple loan opportunities, as well as tools and reports to help find site locations for new and expanding businesses.

What about college? There are a variety of opportunities throughout the Corridor region, including Buena Vista University, Iowa Lakes Community College, and the Iowa Central Community College. Each program has their own strengths and weaknesses, but Iowa Lakes CDC wants to help you find the cheapest, efficient, and most successful method. For that, there is the combined program that allows students to get a four year degree by attending Iowa Central Community College for two years before transferring to Buena Vista University for the remaining two years.
