Mainstreet Market brings arts, music, food and fun

Beginning Thursday, the Clay County Courthouse lawn will once again be filled with arts, food and the sound of music. Jim Schooley, chair of the Spencer Alliance for a Creative Economy, or SPACE, estimated that this year will be Mainstreet Market's 11th.
According to Schooley, the market was created as a response to the community's "growing frustration" as arts and crafts in the area began to dwindle.
