No space left to grow?

It’s an economic conundrum: how do you grow an industrial concern when land is fast disappearing and prices are soaring? Do the growth of strip malls mean building a factory is just too expensive?
In places like Iowa, there’s still room to grow. The Industrial Greenfields sites offer affordable land in the $25k to $35k an acre range. Lots as small as 15 acres and as large as 128 acres are ready for building, with utilities on site.
According to the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation, choice land is available close to I-90, US 71 and Iowa 86. Get more information here: http://ow.ly/hJ4k303F3Wu.
