Community, Corridor honor award recipients at Business Recognition Luncheon and Awards

The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation is proud to announce the five winners of its 2016 Business Recognition Awards.

This year’s winners are:

  • Young Professional of the Year – Libby Glaser
  • Gold Star Award – TechKnow
  • Entrepreneur of the Year – Matt Matthiesen, West O Beer
  • Small Business of the Year – Zone Home Entertainment
  • Large Business of the Year – Daybreak Foods

“The Iowa Lakes Corridor is delighted to honor and recognize this year’s award winners,” Kiley Miller, Corridor President and CEO, said. “This group demonstrates all of the values held by our region’s business and community leaders.”

The awards were presented Wednesday during the Iowa Lakes Corridor’s annual Business Recognition Luncheon at the Clay County Regional Events Center in Spencer. The event also featured a Q&A session with Clay Mathile, former CEO and owner of The Iams Company.
