Longhouse-Northshire administrator celebrates staff longevity
Tim Christy, administrator of Longhouse-Northshire, has been with the residential care facility for 27 years, and unlike many people who supervise staff, the turnover numbers at his facility have been well balanced by several longtime staffers who continue to provide a continuity of care that is invaluable.
As March came to a close, Christy could point to seven members of his team, who combined, provide 266 years of experience.
“... A seasoned employee truly understands the customers and professionally responds from years of best experiences that shows every day,” Christy said.
