The Iowa Gallivant’s JayJay Goodvin is visiting the Iowa Lakes Corridor Region June 28th through July 1st, 2021, as part of the Gallivant’s Western Iowa T-Bone Trail.

The Western Iowa T-Bone Trail has stops planned in over 30 Western Iowa counties this summer, including stops in each of the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation’s four counties. The goal of the T-Bone Trail is to showcase Iowa’s communities through discovery, entertainment, scenery and Iowa-raised beef.

Goodvin will be in Clay County on June 28th, Dickinson County June 29th, Emmet County June 30th and Buena Vista County on July 1st.

The T-Bone Trail started in May with Cass County and has continued into this summer with stops in Audubon County, Adams County, Pottawattamie County and more. Through the visits, Goodvin is sharing updates on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and The Iowa Gallivant blog to showcase restaurants, landmarks, locals and lodging in each county.

“There’s a time and place for a meal prepared by hard-working Iowans during a memorable road trip,” said Goodvin. “For us that time is now.”
