Iowa Workforce Development facilitated a laborshed analysis in the spring of 2022 for the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation region using zip code information from area employers, which was entered into a geographical information system mapping program to generate the concentration levels and commuting patterns of employees in the region, and was followed-up by phone call interviews to learn more.
