Responsibilities
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time, grant-funded position located on the Emmetsburg Campus. This position provides pre-employment transition services and work-based learning opportunities to students with disabilities in collaboration with Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services, districts served under the contract and area business and industry. Responsibilities are to provide accurate and consistent documentation regarding student progress, work-based learning opportunities, and quarterly reports. Employment is contingent on continued and sufficient funding. Some evening and weekend duties required; moderate regional and state travel required. Required to utilize personal vehicle for some travel. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance. Will require flexible hours including weekend and evenings and moderate travel.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree with demonstrated successful, relevant experience in areas such as special education, social work, vocational rehabilitation, and human services.
