Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

This position is ‘Chief Officer of First Impressions’ in Milford, Iowa. We are seeking a person that enjoys working with people, has computer skills, excellent communication, is neat and organized. This person is the first contact for our therapists. This includes answering telephones, scheduling patients, handling communications between our providers, patients, physicians, payers, and case managers.
