Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Production associates are responsible for sustaining the production process consistently.
- Read and follow work orders, follow specified instructions from supervisor, and complete orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure quality product is being produced, and using tools and guidelines provided to complete quality checks.
- Complete packaging and shipping labels to ensure proper delivery of products.
- Recognize issues and take corrective action or notify a supervisor.
- Participate in cross functional teams to ensure continuous on-going improvement of processes, methods, productivity and quality, while reducing costs.
- Comply with all quality, safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work well in a team environment and be willing to assist peers whenever necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
