GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is grant-funded, full-time position located on the Emmetsburg Campus. Primary responsibilities include leading initiatives and projects that create robust partnerships with regional K-12 school districts, businesses, industries, organizations, and other community partners in order to enhance career-awareness, worksite-based learning opportunities, pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships, internships, and early career connections with middle schools. Administer the Intermediary budget in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of High School Partnerships. Some evening and weekend duties required; moderate regional and state travel required. Employment is contingent on continued and sufficient funding.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree with two years of demonstrated successful, relevant experience in areas such as education, communications, business and/or project management, or program and resource development.
