GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time position located on the Estherville Campus. The Marketing Communications Coordinator is a crucial member of the marketing team. Primary responsibility is for the implementation and execution of strategic marketing plans, as directed by the Executive Director Marketing, and will serve as a brand ambassador. Must possess strong collaboration and organizational skills, be a self-starter, work independently, and be actively involved in the preparation and occasional execution of Iowa Lakes’ events and activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: An Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field with one to four years of relevant experience required with demonstrated success in marketing role, marketing communications, and development approaches, formats, and systems. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact or Mail Chimp, and CRM programs such as Hubspot, SalesForce. Experience with brand management, project management and tools, tactics, and systems; communications, social media technology platforms (i.e. WordPress), and photography.
