OnBoarding Specialist | Hybrid Schedule
Responsibilities
A day in the life of an Onboarding Specialist: • Review applications and conduct phone interviews with healthcare professionals • Identify and ensure compliance of employee files per national/state regulations • Verify professional licenses, background studies, and employment documents from prospective, pending, and current employees • Build trusting relationships by providing excellent customer service to healthcare professionals as they complete the onboarding process • Execute inbound and outbound communication through frequent phone calls, text messages & emails
Qualifications
Here’s what we would need from you to be successful in this role: • High school diploma or equivalent • High level of confidentiality • Detail-oriented • Excellent organization, computer, and communication skills • Ability to type at least 30 WPM • Employee will be expected to be in 100% attendance during the entire portion of the three week new hire orientation and training. • Home internet capabilities must be minimum of 25mb download & 5mb upload
