Responsibilities

This position serves as the primary point of contact for all customers, either in person or by telephone. Job duties include assisting customers with billing & service inquiries, scheduling customer appointments, and processing payments.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills required. Computer skills preferred and bi-lingual desired but not required.
