Responsibilities
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: The instructor is responsible for teaching a full-time assignment of classes on the Emmetsburg Campus, as defined by the College. Some assignments may be during evenings/weekends. This may include teaching high school students. Must evaluate and report student performance and progress in assigned courses in accordance with college and division policies and procedures.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: At least three years (6,000 hours ) of recent and relevant work experience required. Preference given for teaching experience and an Associate Degree. Must be willing to become AWS certified and become experienced with all welding processes used at the College: GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, OFW, OFC, PAC, Brazing and Soldering. May be required to travel between sites utilizing personal vehicle. Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance.
