Responsibilities
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a part-time position, (20 hrs/wk, year-round) located on the Estherville Campus. Under the supervision of the Director of Academic Success, the Library Assistant will exhibit excellent service to students, perform circulation desk tasks, prepare reports, and assist in processing new materials. Work includes morning hours and some extended days. Will travel to other campuses as needed. May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree preferred; library experience in a public, academic or school setting or secretarial/clerical experience for a period of no less than six months in addition to minimum educational requirements preferred. Must have computer proficiency.
