Responsibilities
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time, 260-day contract position located on the Estherville Campus. Primary responsibilities are to supervise, direct and coordinate all activities and personnel associated with the Men’s & Women’s Golf program, student service position in recruitment, retention and/or student support. Manage budgets associated with areas of responsibility. Serve on selected and voluntary committees.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Student Services or a related area required; Master’s Degree preferred or required for instructional position. Coaching, and student services experience at the postsecondary level preferred. Must have excellent research, organizational, communication, leadership, and planning skills.
