Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment prior to use Diagnose and repair Mechanical Failures Repair and replace equipment as needed or as scheduled by your supervisor Conduct regularly scheduled preventative maintenance service on machines and equipment assigned to you by your supervisor. Respond to calls for assistance with unplanned machine breakdowns from department supervisors Perform any and all other duties that might be assigned by your Supervisor
Qualifications
SKILLS /ABILITIES: Mechanical knowledge of how equipment works. Electrical knowledge of single and three phase power Basic computer and tablet skills are a must EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Education and/or experience in mechanical work is preferred Experience with large ammonia refrigeration systems would be a plus
