GMS Client Account Manager | Hybrid Schedule Available
Responsibilities
A day in the life of a GMS Client Account Manager:
Support to our corporate clients:
- On a daily basis, you will build relationships by serving as a point of contact for your assigned corporate clients & their facilities
- Monitor staffing levels within each of the corporations’ facilities to understand trends and forecasts
- Manage clients’ projects, goals and identify opportunities for business growth
- You will provide above and beyond positive energy while frequently interacting with our clients via phone calls and email.
- Our corporate clients put their trust in you, so you will host monthly business reviews with them to ensure we maintain a strong, innovative, and transparent partnership
Support to our internal team:
- Communication is key! Through consistent communication with your corporate clients, you will communicate their needs and requests to the internal Staffing Specialists, Supplier Account Managers and Travel Account Managers
- Maintain a high sense of urgency in order to keep your facilities needs high priority
- Collaborate with other supporting teams on staffing solutions to maximize coverage & fill rates
- You will provide excellent internal customer service and build positive relationships, always.
Qualifications
Here’s what we would need from you to be successful in this role:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- A high level of confidentiality
- To be detail-orientated & maintain high-level organization skills
- Organization, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
- The ability to be in 100% attendance during the entire new hire orientation and training
- If working a hybrid schedule, candidates much have a minimum of 25mb & 5mb internet capabilities for their home office space.
