Qualifications

Ike & Ivy Learning is hiring an Instructional Lead for the 2026-27 school year to provide individualized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs in a structured, evidence-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
- Skilled in differentiating instruction to support diverse learning needs
- Experience designing and implementing individualized, data-informed lesson plans aligned with learner goals
- Iowa Teaching License preferred
