The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation (Corridor) is hosting their next Corridor Connections workshop: Conversational Management with Tim Cosby on February 18.

Conversational Management will introduce an “always-on” coaching model that leverages real-time conversations on the job – on the shop floor, in the office, over the phone, or traveling to visit a client – to build bench strength continuously. Drawing from research and real-world coaching experience, Tim Crosby will show attendees how a majority of leadership development actually happens on the job through everyday interactions. Attendees will also learn how Conversational Management will distribute development across leadership team building agility, engagement, and retention.

Tim Cosby is the Co-Founder and President of Culture Impact, a division of Empowerment Coaching Network, Int’l, Inc. based in Grand Rapids, MI. He leads transformational coaching programs that redefine managerial paradigms. With 15 years of experience as a professional executive coach, he has served a notable roster of clients including Holland Freight, Wolverine Worldwide, and Samaritas.

“We look forward to hosting Tim for our next Corridor Connections event,” said Corridor President & CEO Curt Strouth. “He brings a wealth of experience in empowering managers to engage with employees in an innovative way, and we hope attendees will walk away with new strategies to build a culture of leadership in their organizations.”

The Corridor Connections event will be held on Wednesday, February 18th from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the Northwest Bank Corporate office in Spencer. This event is free for Corridor investors to attend, but space is limited. Reserve your spot at lakescorridor.com/connect.
