Description

Responsibilities
- Produce at levels within range as established by department.
- Understand and perform a variety of operations within department.
- Assist other departments as production schedules require.
- Present ideas for cost improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Cooperate with peers, supervisors, other departments and office staff.
- Occasionally life up to 50 lb. loads of materials.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.
- Basic math skills required and statistics skills preferred.
- Prior experience working in a team environment a plus.
- Knowledge of TQM, ISO 9001, CE and QSR a plus.
