Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, mill, rotary index table, etc.) Adjust programs to maintain tolerances and specifications Inspect machined parts for quality and conformance Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures Stage raw materials and monitor machine operations Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions Assist in loading/unloading machines as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety standards and company regulations Perform other related duties as assigned Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED. Forklift experience helpful but not required. Minimum of 2 years of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) experience is preferred. Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, walk, and reach as well as stand for minimum of 8 hours daily/as scheduled. Previous experience in manufacturing or mechanical work preferred Ability to lift 20–70 lbs throughout the shift Able to work independently and collaboratively Ideal candidates must be a self-starter, safety-minded, and highly motivated with mechanical knowledge and skill. Pre-employment background and drug screening required.
