Hours: 20 hours per week (additional hours during events)
Pay: $17 per hour
Duration: Mid-May through Mid-August 2026 (flexible start and end dates)

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the planning, managing and on-site leadership of large-scale events such as Flight Breakfast and Sweet Corn Days.
- Support the marketing team with social media management and content creation
- Contriute to the design and production of promotional materials.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Participate in event setup, execution and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Engage with the communtiy and event attendees to promote Estherville.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and graphic design software (Canva)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work additional hours during major events.
