Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the planning, managing and on-site leadership of large-scale events such as Flight Breakfast and Sweet Corn Days.
  • Support the marketing team with social media management and content creation
  • Contriute to the design and production of promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Participate in event setup, execution and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Engage with the communtiy and event attendees to promote Estherville.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and graphic design software (Canva)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during major events.
