This position is exposed to the potentially hazardous condition of a bank robbery. - English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Mathematics - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and ability to compute rate, ratio and percent is required.
- Technical Skills - Requires a basic understanding of how to operate basic Microsoft PC software and be proficient in Word and Excel. Must be competent in internet usage and be able to use the PC to gather information from core systems. Solid understanding of electronic banking processes and terminologies is helpful. Possess good typing and written communication skills.
- Administrative - Able to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines. This position requires strong organizational skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills. Must be a good listener and be able to follow directions. Must handle all customer and company information in a confidential manner. Be punctual in the job responsibilities.

Qualifications
Job Summary:
The IT Intern is responsible for helping with the functions of administration, coordination, implementation, and supervision of network, and associated personal computers, servers, and equipment. Provide support for users and troubleshoot problems with network hardware and software. Deploy, update, and patch computer software. Perform backups of network servers.
Duties:
- Customer Service and Product Support
- Technical Support: Provide first-level support to users with hardware and software problems, following established procedures.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining computer systems, including software updates, backups, and hardware upkeep.
- Project Support: Work on IT projects under the guidance of experienced staff, potentially assisting with deployments or configurations.
- Documentation: Help create and maintain IT documentation, including procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Problem Solving: Research and analyze technical problems, proposing solutions and documenting findings.
- Training: Provide training to staff on new software or IT procedures.
- Help Desk Support: Assist with incoming inquiries and tickets, logging and tracking issues.
- Software Implementation: Assist with the implementation and testing of new software applications.
- Network Support: Assist with network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Other Duties:
