About the Role

Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and accurate order entry. This role serves as a key point of contact between MWI Components and its customers, ensuring a seamless experience through clear communication and efficient service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as business needs evolve.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance.
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring details are complete and communicated to production.
• Proactively update customers on order status, lead times, and any changes to schedules.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams — including production, scheduling, and shipping — to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Address customer concerns or complaints quickly and effectively, finding solutions that maintain satisfaction and confidence.
• Provide product, pricing, and availability information to support customer needs and sales efforts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend process improvements.
• Support company goals by embodying a “customer-first” approach in all communications and actions.
