Responsibilities
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time position, with location to be determined upon hire. Primarily responsible for managing all academic resource processes across the College, supporting both credit and non-credit courses. Additional responsibilities include overseeing textbook adoptions, online bookstore operations, and courseware integration to ensure students and faculty have timely, accurate, and cost-effective access to required materials. The position also provides training, communication, and ongoing support related to textbooks and course materials. Responsibilities include managing the purchasing and inventory of select course materials, as well as assisting with financial processes tied to inclusive access fees. This role collaborates with departments across the College to improve access, affordability, and the overall efficiency of course material operations. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance. May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: An Associate Degree and three or more years of experience in a related area required. Bachelor Degree in Business or related area preferred.
