Responsibilities
Preparation of new and used boats which may include prepping for showroom display Unshrink wrapping boats, and installing outboard motors Cleaning interior and exterior of boats Installing accessories, and running tests Drill holes and install accessories such as lights, batteries, switches, and fuel lines. Install parts such as hatches, marine hardware, metal trim (rub rail), seats, cabinets, windshield. Locate and mark position for hardware. Insall seat, side panels, and dash. Install engines inboard and outboard. Use of power tools Following the rigging checklist Testing and inspecting Following work orders Taking brief and concise notes of repairs and reporting to service manager Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work area To work as a TEAM
Qualifications
Mechanically inclined and good working with hands Certification/Education is a plus, but willing to train right individual Knowlege of boats is helpful
