Responsibilities
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a part-time position located on the Estherville Campus. Primary responsibilities are the development of student athletes in conditioning and competing on the dance team; evaluation and recruitment of prospective student athletes, practice, performance, and competition preparation.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Collegiate experience preferred. Dance coach or studio preferred. Past experience as a student athlete and/or coach, which has provided sufficient knowledge and understanding of dance team fundamentals.
