Responsibilities
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time position based on the Spencer Campus. Primary responsibilities are to provide administrative and clerical support to the Business Office, manage front desk operations, answer and direct switchboard calls, process payments and requisitions, and complete a variety of clerical duties. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Will be required to work move in date. May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and provide proof of insurance.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalency required. A combination of secretarial/clerical experience or post-secondary training in an appropriate area equivalent to three years or an appropriate associate degree preferred.
