Responsibilities

Provide individualized, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in center-based settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position focuses on creating engaging, client-centered learning experiences while implementing individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans, and evidence-based ABA strategies with consistency and compassion. Responsibilities include teaching communication, social, play, academic readiness, self-help, and motor skills; collecting accurate data; implementing reinforcement, prompting, and behavior-reduction strategies; and supporting clients through daily routines and community activities. Team members may work with clients who engage in challenging behaviors, including aggression, self-injury, or property destruction, and must be able to follow individualized safety and crisis-response protocols. The ideal candidate is patient, playful, dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn. This role requires close collaboration with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members, participation in ongoing training and supervision, accurate documentation, and a commitment to maintaining client dignity, promoting independence and self-advocacy, and providing high-quality, culturally responsive care.
