CORRIDOR TO HOST LUNCH & LEARN

Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member to present “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect”

The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation (Corridor) will be hosting a Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, June 18, from noon to 1:00 p.m. at Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative in Estherville. This event will include a presentation by Certified Maxwell Team Member Jordan Menning on “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect.”

Maxwell Leadership® offers opportunities to lead powerful, positive change in yourself, others, and the world through values-based leadership. They do this through empowering leaders. Certified Maxwell Team Member Jordan Menning will lead the conversation, “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect.”

World-renowned leadership expert John C. Maxwell says if you want to succeed, you must learn how to connect with people. And while it may seem like some folks are just born with it, the fact is anyone can learn how to make every communication an opportunity for a powerful connection. In “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect,” you will discover the Five Principles and Five Practices to develop the crucial skill of connecting.

“Learning how to not just communicate our ideas, but truly connect with one another is an important skill all of us can learn more about,” shares Corridor President & CEO Curt Strouth. “I am happy to have Jordan coming back to our region to speak on this valuable topic.”

The Corridor’s Lunch & Learn events are free to attend for all Corridor investors, but RSVPs are required. RSVP for the event at www.lakescorridor.com/luncheon or by calling the office at 712-264-3474.
