GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time position located on either the Emmetsburg or Estherville Campus. As a crucial member of the marketing team, the Marketing Project Coordinator is instrumental in implementing and executing strategic marketing plans under the guidance of the Executive Director of Marketing. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling meetings, monitoring budgets, and maintaining marketing reports. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration and organizational skills, possess a proactive approach as a self-starter, work independently, and actively contribute to the preparation and occasional execution of Iowa Lakes’ events and activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of marketing initiatives and the overall success of our team’s objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: An Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field with one to four years of relevant experience required with demonstrated success in marketing role, marketing communications, and development approaches, formats, and systems. Experience with brand management, project management and tools, tactics, and systems; communication social media technology platforms (i.e. WordPress), and photography.
