GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time position located on the Estherville Campus. Primary responsibilities are to promote, develop, manage, and monitor the effectiveness of 260 Training Programs for new and existing business partners throughout the Iowa Lakes Community College five-county region. May be required to work evenings and weekends when necessary. Required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and provide proof of insurance.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related degree or five years of successful business management, including budgeting, required. Master’s Degree preferred.
