Staffing Specialist | Hybrid Schedule Available
Responsibilities
A day in the life of a Staffing Specialist | Support to our healthcare professionals: -Operate as the point of contact for assigned HCPs. -Coordinate initial welcome call and continued follow up with newly hired HCPs to foster engagement and retention. -Create positive relationships with HCPs to build GrapeTree reputation as Agency of Choice. -Build intentional and purposeful relationships with HCPs to create trust and retention -Train and support HCPs with credential and schedule management, including self-scheduling and time entry management, through Workforce Portal. -Initiate contact with HCPs to update calendar and recommend shifts by using all forms of communication (Text, Email, Phone). -Recruit HCPs to meet facility per diem and long-term assignment needs by using creative and effective techniques. -Mentor HCP through issues/complaints and document following formal complaint process.
Qualifications
Here’s what we would need from you to be successful in this role: -A high school diploma (or equivalent) -A high level of confidentiality -To be detail-orientated -Organization, computer, and communication skills -Ability to type at least 30 WPM -The ability to be in 100% attendance during the entire 4-week new hire orientation and training -For a hybrid schedule, home internet capabilities must be minimum of 25mb download & 5mb upload
