GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time, 260-day position located on the Estherville Campus. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for a caseload of a minimum of 250 students enrolled in Career & Technical Education, AA/AS, and Transfer Pathways. Using a Guided Pathways approach, key responsibilities of this position include academic advising and course registration, monitoring academic and Pathway progress of assigned students, timely response to student inquiries, and proactively connecting students to academic resources and support services.
